The Australian Dental Association Queensland has provided guidance for all dental practices during this unprecedented time as the spread of COVID-19 continues. The priority of the association is to ensure practitioners, patients and staff are safe and to minimise transmission of the novel coronavirus in dental settings and, in turn, the community.
Following the direction of the ADA Queensland, Gold Coast Smiles will close for general dentistry as of today, 26 March.
It is important for us to provide continuity of care for our patients during this time therefore we are offering the following support:
- Phone support where we may be able to assist remotely: (07) 5576 6050
- The clinic will open for emergency procedures if required
- Referral will be offered to a general practitioner where sustained pain relief may be required
