Dental Implants

Dental Implants are used to replace missing teeth or as anchors to support dentures. Implants require a surgical procedure to place a titanium screw into the jaw. Once this is integrated the implant is then restored with a crown on the top giving you full function like having a natural tooth. At Gold Coast Smiles, we work with leading specialists on the Coast who will place the implant for you in their specialist rooms. After the procedure and healing period we then provide you with the crown to restore the implant for full use. Working alongside dental specialist like Oral Surgeon’s and Periodontists you can be sure you have the best possible treatment.
